Villa Hodkovičky
A family house proposed on a rock above Prague, in the city and yet somehow outside of it. From the Moldau river there is a steep road climbing up the hill, leading to an isolated world, a world for its own.
The plot is clear, located amongst existing villas and fully grown trees, not far from a forest stretching along the rock edge.
The house itself is designed as an extension of the up-the-hill road. Its main living space is, just like the plot, surrounded by neighbouring spaces and tall volumes.
